Coffee and tea are two of the most common drinks in the world. Both contain caffeine, antioxidants, and can help you feel energized, making it difficult to decide between the two.
The figure below shows that in terms of caffeine, coffee contains much more than tea, with a cup of up to 150 mg, unless you choose a low-caffeine type. In tea, black tea has more caffeine content than white tea and green tea, about 45 mg in a cup.

Both tea and coffee can bring benefits to you. Despite all the research, there is still no conclusion as to which beverage is a better health choice. Depending on the caffeine content, if you like to drink a lot of drinks, tea may be better. Otherwise, when consumed in moderation, these two beverages are an excellent supplement to an overall balanced diet.
