Selecting the best White Tea
White tea is named from the pekou on the buds.It has the minal process that tea leaf is dried after harvest without  being roasted.
 It’s similar to herbal tea that taste mellow,smooth and sweet with floral or fruity notes.The original source of white tea is in Fujian Province,China.There are four levels of white tea as follows:

Silver Needle(Bai Hao Yin Zhen):
The most expensive one of white tea.Only select the delicate top buds full of fuzzy white pekos (that look like silver needles) to produce.
It taste light,smooth and sweet with a herbal and floral aroma.
White Peony(Bai Mudan):
One of the most precious tea among China.It is made by  the top buds and the first two leaves on it.The loose leaf will unfold after steeping just like penoy blossom.
Tribute White Tea in Eyebrow-shape(Gong Mei):
It looks like eyebrow for which the tea is named.Compared to the two types above,It's not mellow enough and lighter in aroma.It is made by the buds and the second or third leaves.
Long Nobel Life White Tea in Eyebrow-shape(Shou Mei):
The forth level of white tea because it contains underpart of tea leaves without buds.So it has a heaviest flavor in white tea.
