Tung Ting Oolong Tea
Tung Ting oolong tea is picked from Tong Ting Mountain, Taiwan. The reason why it is named so is because of the high altitude plus frequent rain, the mountain is slippery, and tea farmers need to be cautious enough to climb to the peak by tightening tiptoes, which is commonly known as “frozen toe”, called“Tung Ting” in Chinese. Thus the picking of Tung Ting Oolong tea is actually more difficult, which also determines its precious value
