There is nothing better than cooling down with a refreshing iced tea on a long, hot summer’s day. After a little bit of time in the sweltering Bay sun and a dip in the Ocean, coming home to an iced tea and plate of fresh fruit- that’s the best summer ritual.

All you need is only-loose leaf tea, fruits you liked, ice cubes and time!

How to Make an Iced Fruity Tea:

All you really need is a jug, some water (preferably filtered) and whatever fruits and loose leaf teas you’d like to use. We recommend using boiling water to infuse the tea so that you extract the active constituents of the herbs that have the therapeutic action. Then the infusion is cooled down. Follow the directions below-:

Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 220 mls of boiling water into an iced tea jug

Simmer for 3-5 minutes & strain into jug.

Serve with ice and a slice of lemon, fresh fruits, berries or fresh mint.

Place into refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Experiment with various fruits, teas or herbs using them alone or in combination, to see which flavours you like best.
