Banana Tea (For High Blood Pressure)

Description:This is great tasting tea that will help reduce high blood pressure.

Ingredients:

  • Banana
  • 1 ½ cups (430ml) of water
Instruction:
  • Peel and cut off 3 cm banana.
  • Mash the banana in mug.
  • Pour boiling water on to content.
  • Allow tea to stand 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Pour tea into cup and allow to cool slightly before drinking.

         Lotus Tea (For High Blood Pressure)

Description:The lotus nut is the seed of the lotus plant. These fat round nuts are found within the round seedpod, which as a flat top with large round holes in it. The nuts look rather like peanuts but have a brown skin.

Ingredients:

  • 12 - 15 lotus nuts
  • 3 cups (850ml) of water
Instruction:
  • Pour boiling water on to content.
  • Allow tea to stand for 6 minutes.
  • Pour tea into cup and allow to cool slightly before drinking.
       
       Chrysanthemum Tea (For Reducing Internal Heat & Mild Sunstroke)


Description:This great tasting tea cleanses your body and reduces internal heat. In summer, when it is very hot, people run the risk of getting sunstroke. The chrysanthemum teas can help prevent and treat mild sunstroke.

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 3 teaspoon of honey or rock sugar
  • 3 cups (850ml) of water
Instruction:
  • Wash and drain chrysanthemum flowers.
  • Add 1 - 3 teaspoon of honey or rock sugar.
  • Pour boiling water on to content.
  • Allow tea to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Pour tea into cup and allow to cool slightly before drinking.
