Brewing Instructions
Preheat the teaware with boiling water. Place 8g of tea leaves into the teapot/gaiwan. Pour 200ml of boiling water over the leaves. Perform an initial rinse (steep for 5 seconds) and discard the liquid.
First infusion: Steep for 20 seconds.
Second infusion: Steep for 10 seconds.
Third infusion: Steep for 15 seconds.
Adjust brewing time according to personal taste preferences. This tea can yield 7+ infusions with consistent flavor.
