Made from single bud tea leaves, rolled into a spiral shape with golden tips visible. It has a high aroma, rich and mellow taste, honey fragrance, and a bright red infusion. The leaves at the bottom of the cup are plump, uniform, and well-shaped, with rich internal quality and excellent longevity for multiple infusions.
Brewing Method: Use a teaware for brewing. Add 3 grams of tea, and use water at 90 degrees Celsius for the first rinse, then immediately discard the water. For the second brew, add 150 milliliters of water and steep for 40 seconds before pouring out the tea to drink. For subsequent brews, reduce the steeping time by 5-10 seconds per infusion. Adjust the amount of tea and steeping time according to personal preference for strength and flavor.
