Da Hong Pao is highly oxidized oolong tea. 80% oxidation is almost as close as a black tea. The leave size among other styles of tea are some of the largest. The most well-know Da Hong Pao is from Wu Yi Mountain area. The liquor has dark amber and deep golden color with rich and Scotch-like flavor. One of the tea you can't miss for your Chinese Oolong expedition.
