Oolong Tea Brewing Instruction
Water temperature: Heat fresh water to rolling boil
Prepare Tea Leaves: Making a great cup of oolong tea means using the right amount of leaves for brewing. We recommend using 1 teaspoon of balled leaves or 2 tablespoons of loose leaf oolong for every 6 ounces of water.
Brewing time: Steep about 45 seconds for the 1st brew.And about 60 seconds for the second brew .Add additional 10 seconds for each subsequent brew.
Storage of Oolong Teas
Store in moisture-free,odor-free places. And avoid direct sunlight. For Oolong tea with clear fragrance shall avoid high temperature and oxygen,while Oolong tea with strong fragrance shall be stored at room temperature.
