How to make?

4 grams

85℃
Steep 35 seconds for the frist brew , 25 seconds for the second and another 40 seconds for the third .

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 85℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 4g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 35 seconds, 2nd infusion 25 seconds, 3rd infusion 40 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
