Enshi (Chinese: 恩施) is a city in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Region, in western Hubei province of China. Enshi Kyokuro Green Tea is a single estate tea grown in this region. It is made by using the rare traditional steam method, and only one-bud-one-leaf or one-bud-two-leaves leaf style combinations are selected in the process. The tea making technique shares similarities with the Japanese Kyokuro green tea, hence the name.

How to make?

5 grams
Steep 20 seconds for the frist brew , 10 seconds for the second and another 20 seconds for the third .

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 85℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 20 seconds, 2nd infusion 10 seconds, 3rd infusion 20 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal
