Description

An Ji Bai Cha(安吉白茶) is a basket-fired green tea from Zhejiang province. Its unique characteristic is the needle style leaves that dangle in the water when steeping. Woodsy and sweet flavor with slightly vegetal aroma. Clear pale green liquor. One of the great green teas from eastern mountains of China.

How to make?

5 grams
200ML
85℃
Steep 20 seconds for the frist brew , 10 seconds for the second and another 20 seconds for the third .

 

Brewing Instructions :

1.Water :
The quality of water used as an impact on the quality of the tea. We are recommended using filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle.

2.Temperature :
Heat fresh water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 85℃.

3.Loose Leaf :
Use the infuser of your choice, measure 5g of tea . For a stronger brew preference, add an additional teaspoon for the pot.

4.Infusion Time :
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the tea leaves. 1st infusion 20 seconds, 2nd infusion 10 seconds, 3rd infusion 20 seconds. All an additional 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal 
preference
